Cruzerlite Bugdroid Circuit Case for Nexus 4 Review
$12.99- Cruzerlite Bugdroid Case
This case is $12.90 and comes in many colors: smoke, red, pink, orange, blue, purple, teal, green, clear, and black. If you want to check the cases out go ahead and check the description for a link to Amazon.
Design
The first thing I noticed about this case is that installation is a breeze. The back has a nice modern design. Side by side the Diztronic TPU, the Cruzerlite looks much classier. The grey case and black phone gives you a nice contrast, especially with the silver buttons.
On the back we see a grey color, transparent “circuits”, and Cruzerlite branding. On the top we see a cut out for the 8 megapixel camera and on the bottom we see a cut out for the speakers. The Nexus logo and LG are both noticeable through the back of the case.
One of my favorite features is that it won’t attract any pocket lint and you can wipe away any residue. The case is a little slippery in the hand, but it isn’t too noticeable.
Protection
One of the benefits to the Cruzerlite case is that it has a lip, which protects the display from damage when placed or dropped face first. This case won’t protect the Nexus 4 from big drops, but it’s shock absorbent and will protect from minor nicks and bumps.
Final Verdict
The final veridct is that for $12.90 this is one of the best TPUs on the market. The modern unique design gives it a much better look than other competing cases and the grippy back is definitely a plus. With tons of different colors to choose from, you can’t go wrong with the Cruzerlite Bugdroid case. However, if this case isn’t for you, be sure to check out my reviews of the Poetic Atmosphere and Diztronic TPU.
Poetic Atmosphere for Nexus 4 Review
If you're looking for great protection and also trying to keep a slim profile the Poetic Atmosphere is the case for you. The slick design and cool grey lining sets it apart form other cases like the Diztronic TPU. However, there are cons like the slippery back. Therefore, the Poetic Atmosphere receives a 3.5 star rating.

Poetic Palette Review
The first thing I noticed about this case, is that unlike most other hardshells, it is easy to take on and off. It also has a cool, modern design unlike the typical hard shell. Side by side the Diztronic Hard Shell, the Pallete looks much classier.
The soft polycarbonate back gives you somewhat of a grippy feel to it, and won’t attract pocket lint or smudges. The one thing I haven’t mentioned is how slim this case truly is. While Poetic hasn’t yet given us the exact dimensions; I can guarantee you that it is as thin, or thinner than the 1mm thick Diztronic Hardshell.
My main gripe, which may not be a concern to you viewers, is that the case doesn’t have a lip. The benefit to a lip is that if the phone is dropped face first, there will be less of an impact; resulting in less damage to the phone itself.
Final Verdict
The Poetic Pallete is easily the best slim case out on the market. While I haven’t gotten the chances to check out Reath’s Ringke Slim Case. I trust that this is a much better overall product; considering we shouldn’t need a replacement one. The modern classy look gives it a much better look than other competing cases and the grippy back is definitely a plus. Therefore the Poetic Pallete receives a 5 star review.

Nexus 4 Poetic Slimbook Review
Amazon Link- Poetic Slimbook
The Good
- All ports are easily accessible
- Magnetic Clasp
- A TPU within a cover
- Protection is adequate
- The case is well made and stitchings are tight
- Could insert credit cards and money but adding too much stuff won't work
The Bad
- The back of the case isn't magnetic so folding the cover back is uncomfortable
- The case is pretty thick
- You can't access the volume rockers when the case is closed
- Doesn't lay flat
- Only available in black
Final Verdict
The Poetic Slimbook is a nice value for $10.95, but far from the best case available. The thickness of this case is an issue for me, but may not be for others. If one is looking for a book style case, this might be one of your best options. The Poetic Slimbook receives a 3.5/5 star review.

Nexus 4 Poetic Hardback Review
Design
The Poetic Harback is a poorly designed case. While it does offer a folio feature, the oddly manufactured case clearly lacks in simple everyday situations. As shown in the video review, the camera and speaker slots are flip flopped, resulting in the user switching the side the case is inserted. The folio feature is definitely a plus; however, the rest of the features are certainly lacking.
Protection
The Poetic Hardback definitely doesn't give protection like a rugged case, but it does look like there could be issues with the phone falling out due to the claws holding the phone being quite small. The top cover is adequately padded giving the case some extra protection.
Final Verdict
Overall, the Poetic Hardback doesn't deliver in the two major criteria. Because the case is poorly made and there are so many design errors, the Poetic Hardback receives a final grade of 2/5 stars.
Nexus 4 Poetic Borderline Bumper Review
$9.95- Poetic Borderline
Design
This bumper gives you a slim minimalistic look. On the edge of the bumper you see a somewhat partly glossy finish and matte grey edges. All ports are easily accessible and the buttons are easy to push in. The bumper goes just over the back of the Nexus 4, but leaves most of the back exposed.
Protection
The main purpose of the Poetic Borderline is to show off the beautiful back of the Nexus 4 at the expense of protection. The bumper as a whole gives one a much grippier phone and should ultimately result in less drops. The bumper has a lip that goes just over the screen; if one's Nexus 4 does fall face first, then the lip should somewhat reduce the impact of the fall.
Final Verdict
The Poetic Borderline is a high quality bumper and a great value for the price. At $9.95, this case is a steal. The case is available in six cool colors: Black/Gray, Blue/Gray, Green/Gray, Purple/Gray, Red/Gray, and Yellow/Gray. If one is interested in a slim profile bumper that gives minimal protection, this is the bumper for you.
